Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are always accepting new patients. Our business grows rapidly and best from our current patient's referrals.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, you may pay with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logos on them.

Do you offer financing?

We do NOT offer in house financing however we do accept CreditCare.  Please click here to read more about CreditCare Financing.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please be considerate of others and give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment If you do not arrive for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $75.00 No-Show fee, which must be paid before you can schedule future appointments. Failing to keep 2 appointments in a year will result in the restriction of appointment options. After the third missed appointment, we will not be able to treat your family in the future.

Do I have to pay at the time of service?

Co-pays, and all deductible payments are due at the time of service. Patients withour insurance are expected to pay in full.

Will you bill my insurance company?

We will submit claims to your insurance company. If your insurance company does not pay then you are fully responsible for the balance of your bill. Not all services are covered by insurances. Please review your insurance so that you are aware of your coverage plan. Knowing your coverage is your responsibility, you will be expected to make payment in full on non-covered services at the time they are received.

What if my insurance doesn't cover my bill?

Not all services are covered by insurances. Please review your insurance so that you are aware of your coverage plan. Knowing your coverage is your responsibility, you will be expected to make payment in full on non-covered services at the time they are received.  

What happens if my check is returned for insufficient funds?

All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 non-sufficient funds fee. If payment is not made within 10 days to cover the amount of the returned check plus the NSF fee, we will then forward the returned check to the District Attorney’s office in San Luis Obispo.

What happens if I don't pay my bill?

We reserve the right to forward any balance past due by 60 days to a third party collection agency for collection purposes.

What do you do with my personal information?

Your personal information never leaves the office. We only use your information to contact you and to submit claims for your dental insurance.

What if I have a dental emergency?

We are open 5 days a week. If you have an emergency outside of our office hours please feel free to contact Dr. Burbach on his cell phone.. Click here for his cell phone number. 

Where did your dentists go to school?

Dr. Burbach graduated from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California.
Dr. Jangaard graduated from the University of Southern California.
Dr. Russell Wilson completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) at The Universy of Southern California.

How long has your office been in practice?

Dr. Burbach opened up this practice in 1980. Dr. Nolan Jangaard joined on as Dr. Burabch's associate in May 2009 through April of 2016. Dr. Russell Wilson joined the practice in May of 2017.

Does your office offer teeth bleaching?

We offer Zoom! teeth whitening. Zoom! Was used on the TV show Extreme Make Over.
